Do you know how to check the oil leakage at the turbo end of the turbocharger?
1. When the axial and radial clearances of the supercharger are good and the two wheels are not damaged, oil leakage occurs at the turbine end of the supercharger. Usually, there will be oil stains on the surface of the turbine, the engine emits blue smoke, and there is oil in the exhaust gas.
2. If the axial and radial clearances of the supercharger are good and the rotation is flexible, oil leakage occurs at the turbine end. In the case of excluding other factors affecting the engine, it is preliminarily concluded that the oil leakage is caused by the failure of the sealing ring, which is the responsibility of the manufacturer;
3. If the turbo end of the turbocharger leaks due to the engine idling time being too long, it is the responsibility of the user. There is no quality problem in the supercharger itself, please clean the oil traces on the turbine end in time, and operate according to the idling time specified by the supercharger.
