Instructions for replacing construction superchargers
1. Installation instructions for construction machinery supercharger:
(1) Inspection before installation of construction supercharger
①When replacing the construction supercharger, it is necessary to replace the air filter, machine filter and oil at the same time (to ensure lubrication and cleanliness);
②Check and ensure that the engine inlet and exhaust pipes are clean and free of debris, and the supercharger inlet and oil return pipes are clean and unobstructed;
③ The model configuration is correct (wrong configuration will affect the dynamic performance or cause damage to the components);
④The position of the engine oil level must meet the requirements of the scale.
(2) Installation of construction machinery supercharger
①Complete the "pre-installation inspection" before the supercharger installation;
②When installing the supercharger, the supercharger must be filled with oil for pre-lubrication, and clean oil is added from the oil inlet and the rotor shaft is rotated until the oil is discharged from the oil return hole of the supercharger
③ The oil supply and return pipeline system shall be unobstructed, and shall not be twisted or flattened;
④All the pipe interfaces connecting the supercharger and the engine must be fastened to prevent air leakage from causing false oil leakage and insufficient power of the supercharger.
2. Instructions for use and daily maintenance:
(1) The oil and oil filter should be replaced when the vehicle travels about 5-8,000 kilometers;
(2) Start the engine and keep the idle speed for 3-5 minutes to ensure the oil supply and lubrication of the supercharger;
(3) The engine must be idling for 3-5 minutes when the engine is turned off, so that the speed of the supercharger and the exhaust temperature of the engine can be slowly reduced to prevent the occurrence of heat recovery, oil coking, overheating and burn damage to parts;
(4) It is strictly forbidden to run the engine continuously for more than one hour under extreme speed and overload.
