The reason for the sound of the car supercharger
reason:
1. If there is friction of metal materials, it is caused by too little wear of the rotor bearing or thrust bearing of the supercharger motor, and the friction between the centrifugal impeller and the supercharger casing.
2. If it is not the friction sound of metal materials, but the sound of cyclone, it is due to the rotating sound of the rotor of the turbocharger motor running at high speed, or the leakage of steam at the connection of the intake and exhaust pipes due to the poor connection.
Solution:
The former one should be repaired by dismantling and replacing the damaged parts according to the wear condition. The latter one should be carefully differentiated and dealt with purposefully. bearing damage
Status:
The bearing of the supercharger is damaged, the engine displacement is reduced, the oil consumption of the car is high, and the exhaust pipe emits black smoke. In severe cases, the supercharger cannot work.
Reason:
1. The working pressure and total flow of the grease are not enough. The supply of grease for the motor shaft and thrust bearing of the supercharger is not enough; the grease that keeps the fluctuation between the motor shaft and the bearing of the motor rotor is not enough; the supercharger is running at high speed, and the grease is not provided in time.
2. Dirt or fine sand enters the air intake system.
3. The car oil is oxidized and mildewed in the air. Diesel engine oil is overheated, and there is too little natural gas flowing between the piston rod and the cylinder wall; cooling circulating water leaks into the car oil; the car oil is not used properly, and the oil is not replaced on time according to regulations.
Solution:
1. Check whether the working pressure of the grease is normal and whether the oil volume of the car meets the regulations.
2. In accordance with the regulations, replace the grease on time, and ensure that the grease is cleaned.
3. Strictly follow the regulations and apply grease, not interchangeable.
4. The diesel engine should be prevented from working under high temperature conditions, and the normal operating temperature of the diesel engine should be maintained.
