In addition, if debris or sediment enters the lubrication system, or the oil is oxidized and deteriorated, this phenomenon can also be caused.
To solve this problem it is necessary to:
Strictly follow the regulations, use lubricating oil, and do not mix them.
The engine should be avoided to work at high temperature, and the normal working temperature of the engine should be maintained.
Check whether the lubricating oil pressure is normal and whether the oil quantity meets the requirements.
Regularly replace the lubricating oil as required, and ensure that the lubricating oil is clean.
If the above phenomenon occurs, the turbocharger should be disassembled for cleaning and the corresponding parts should be replaced. When the oil leakage of the turbocharger is found, it is necessary to check whether the oil return pipe of the supercharger and the ventilation pipe of the diesel engine are blocked, and whether the oil cooler works normally.
